Hey! Looking for an easy protein-packed smoothie for your post-workout needs? No protein powder? No problem! This smoothie utilizes soy milk, yogurt, and peanut butter as protein sources and packs around 23 grams of protein.


Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/3 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup soy milk

5.3 ounces Danon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt

1 tbsp unsalted peanut butter
