Waffles

Makes about 4 waffles


Waffles are my second favorite breakfast food, with eggs being the first! These are a great plant-based alternative to traditional waffles and are super easy to make! For the waffle pictured below, I topped it with a blueberry-banana smoothie, peanut butter, and coconut flakes!


Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups flour (any kind)

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • 1.5 cups almond milk

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp oil (olive or vegetable)

 

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth
